Lingerie Manufacturing Process at NuedWears
NuedWears manufactures bras, panties and women's innerwear through a controlled production process at its Kanpur unit. Every order moves through fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality checking, packing and dispatch, helping maintain consistency from approved sample to bulk production.

The line
Eight stages, in order
Fabric receiving & inspection
Hosiery cotton, spandex blends, laces and elastics received against approved swatches and inspected lot-wise for defects before storage.
Pattern / cutting
Fabric is laid according to the approved design and cut into the required bra or panty panels before being transferred to the stitching line.
Stitching
Line stitching on dedicated machines — overlock, flatlock, zigzag and bartack — executed by experienced operators for consistency.
Trims / hooks / elastic assembly
Precision attachment of critical components like underwires, hooks and eyes, and elastic bands to ensure proper fit and tension.
Finishing
Each piece is turned, shaped, and threads are trimmed. Final touches are applied before the garment moves to quality inspection.
Quality inspection
Rigorous in-line and final checks across multiple points. Rejects are isolated and never re-enter the production line.
Packing
Polybagged, tagged and boxed to your spec — our label, plain, or your custom private label branding.
Warehouse / dispatch
Carton-marked, invoiced, and booked to transport or courier for pan-India delivery.
